More than 38% Pakistanis spend 2 hours or more on cell phones everyday: Poll

ISLAMABAD: According to a Gillani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 39% Pakistanis spend 2 hours or more in a day using a mobile phone, 29% claim not to spend any time at all.A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “How many hours in a day do you spend using a mobile phone?”

In response, 33% said that they spend an hour, 20% said 2 hours, 8% said 3 hours, 3% said 4 hours, 3% said 5 hours, 4% said more than 5 hours and 29% said they do not use a mobile phone.The study was released by Gilani Research Foundation and carried out by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International.

After independence of Pakistan, Chaklala Airbase has been used to provide travelling services to the residents of Islamabad, Rawalpindi and surrounding region. With the passage of time several structural and design changes were made to the terminal to deal with the increasing number of the passengers but over the time the number of Domestic and International travelers grown and the small terminal of the airport (later named Benazir Bhutto International Airport) was insufficient to accommodate the load of air passengers.
The ground stone of the Islamabad International Airport (ICAO: OPIS) was laid down on 7th April 2007 by ex-prime minister of Pakistan Mr. Shaukat Aziz and was inaugurated formally on 20th April 2018 for regular international and domestic flights.

Parachinar Pakistan

Parachinar, is the capital city of Kurram District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.Parachinar is situated on a neck of Pakistani territory west of Peshawar, that juts into the Logar and Nangarhar provinces of Afghanistan.
